Our cancellation policy

All our rooms are equipped with shower and/or bath, WC, hair dryer, flat screen TV, telephone, wifi, safe, minibar and courtesy tray.

(*) Bath, Lounge. Pleasant room with view on the site of the Pointe St-Mathieu. Baby bed available on request.

(**) Private bathroom with shower, large bathtub in the room, sitting area and refrigerator. Contemporary marine decoration.
Extra bed and baby cot possible.

Tourist tax: 1.35 € per day and per adult
Visitor's tax: 0.55 € per day and per child from 13 to 18 years old

CANCELLATION OF LIVE BOOKING

These rules define the conditions for cancellation.

By credit card :

- If cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- In case of late cancellation, late modification or no-show, the establishment charges 100 % of the total amount of the reservation.

By cheque :

- After 21 days the deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 21 days before the date of arrival, the totality of the deposit will be retained whatever the reason for cancellation.

No-show at the hotel :

This is a commitment to hold the guest's room until the morning after the arrival date. The client agrees to be automatically charged the room rate on their card number, if they do not show up and cancel 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. 

SHORTENED STAY :

For any interruption of stay not reported the day before the scheduled departure, the value of one night will be charged by the hotel as compensation.
